NOTES: The Cactus and Succulent Plant Mall is a comprehensive site covering
every aspect of cactus culture. The BCSS site is also good for information
on other National and International Cactus Societies. Hollygate Nursery
is where Clive Innes worked and produced Ashingtonia (second-hand copies
are often available). In the grounds of Hollygate is also a truly remarkable
collection of cactus and epiphyllums in a 10,000sq ft greenhouse. See
